Kare-kare Recipe  with Gata

One of the most delicious dishes of Filipino cuisine, with simple ingredients yet with extraordinary flavor from the peanuts, vegetables,  meat, and most especially the bagoong alamang used to give its unique mouth-watering taste.


Ingredients:
1 kg mixed beef  (meat and some innard, cow towel especially)
200 g sitaw (string beans)
200 g pechay
200 g talong (eggplant)
garlic
onion
oil
beef fats
bagoong alamang/alamang
beef stock 
crushed peanuts
