STEP 2: Prepare other ingredients.
Grate carrots, garlic, onion, and ginger (enough amount proportionate to your fish and flour).
STEP 3: Mix all the ingredients in.
STEP 4: Create the fishballs by getting enough amount and roll it with your hands.
STEP 5: Prepare your cooking pan with hot oil. Then fry.

1 medium-sized fish
1 cup grated carrot
1 cup all-purpose flour/corn flour
1 whole egg
1 tsp of grated garlic, onion, and ginger
1 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of ground black pepper
Enough amount of chopped spring onion (optional)
