How to Cook Khao Pad (Thai Fried Rice)
INGREDIENTS
4 Cups of rice
2 Whole eggs
200g chicken (bite-size)
1/2 Squids
Carrots (cubes)
Chinese broccoli (sliced)
Mushroom (cubes)
Tomato (cubes)
2-3 tsp margarine
4 tsp oil
4 tsp of soy sauce
2 tsp of oyster sauce
Pepper
PROCEDURES:
1. Fry egg, then add in chopped garlic and onion.
2. Add in margarine and bite-size chicken, then saute.
3. Add in squid and rice, then mix.
4. add in carrots, Chinese broccoli, tomato, and mushroom, then stir.
5. Season it with 4 tsp of soy sauce and 2 tsp of oyster sauce and pepper according to your preference.
