Adobong Manok



Adobo is a known Filipino dish. Chicken, pork, and other types of meat can be used to cook this popular dish. Hope my version of this helps you. Try and find why many love this.



INGREDIENTS:

Chicken - 300-500 g 
Garlic - 4 cloves
Onion - 2 pcs small 
Ground Black Pepper - Depends on your preference
Ginger - Depends on your preference (the more ginger, the more flavorful your adobo is)
Cooking Oil - 5 tsp
Marinade - (10 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp oyster sauce, 4 tsp brown sugar, 10 glove garlic, 2 small onions, 1/4 tsp of ground black pepper)
